  Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the daily work requirements, purchase 8 sets of anti-riot armored platforms. The products of this project have not been imported for demonstration, not accept the overall imported products, and this project does not allow subcontracting, transfer contracting. (For specific content, see "Chapter II Project Procurement Requirements).

  合同履约期限： 合同签订之日起 60个工作日内完成安装调试并交付使用。

  The Contract Period: Installation and commissioning shall be completed and delivered for use within 60 working days from the date of contract signing.

  二、申请人的资格要求

  2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

  (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

  (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

  (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 本项目不专门面向中小企业。

  (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project is not specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.

  (c)本项目的特定资格要求： 3.1根据《上海市政府采购供应商信息登记管理办法》已登记入库的供应商。 3.2本项目不允许联合体投标。 3.3未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法失信主体和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。 3.4为该采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该项目的其他采购活动。 3.5单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。 3.6符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。

  (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Suppliers that have been registered and included in the database in accordance with the "Shanghai Municipality Government Procure Supplier Information Registration Management Measures". 3.2 This project does not allow joint bidding. 3.3 Suppliers that are not listed on the "Credit Website" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as persons who have not fulfilled their obligations, major tax law violations and dishonest subjects, and the "China Government Prourement Network" (www.ccgp.gov.cn) as suppliers who have serious violations of government procurement. 3.4 Suppliers who provide overall design, preparation, or project management, supervision, and testing services for this procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of this project. 3.5 Different suppliers with the same as the unit leader or with direct control and management relationship shall not participate in the same government procurement activity under the same contract. 3.6 Suppliers that meet the require

  (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
