Brief Specification Description: The Office of the Finance Committee of the CPC Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee plans to select a service unit to provide program production services for the "Lujiazui Financial Salon" series activities (see Part III Procurement Requirements of the Consultation Document for details).
合同履约期限： 服务期限：自合同签订之日起至2025年12月31日。
The Contract Period: From the date of contract signing until December 31, 2025.

二、申请人的资格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 本次采购若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this procurement complies with government policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for people with disabilities, promotion of small and medium-sized enterprise development, and support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, relevant policies will be implemented.
