简要规则描述： 为提升道路管网排水效率，增强万祥镇整体防洪排涝能力，拟通过新建道路排水官网、蓄水池等方式，对祥凯路-茂宏路、祥凯路-祥福路桥北、祥凯路-临港大道北、万和路（馨苑居委西）、茂盛路-三三公路、紫丁香花园小区、三灶港南岸居民区周边、农贸市场周边等积水点点位进行改造。
Brief Specification Description: To improve the drainage efficiency of the road network and enhance the overall flood prevention and drainage capacity of Wanxiang Town, it is proposed to transform the water points such as Xiangkailu-Maohong Road, Xiangkailu-Xiangfu Road Bridge North, Xiangkailu-Lingang Avenue, Wanhe Road (west of Xinyuan Community), Maosheng Road-Sansan Highway, Zidian Xiang Garden Community, the surrounding areas of Sano Port South Bank Residential Area, and the surrounding areas of the Farmers' Market by building new road drainage networks and water storage tanks.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求： 3、具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证； 4、投标人拟派项目经理须具有市政公用工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在上海市建筑建材业网站上查询为准。 5、本项目仅面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购。 6、本项目不接受组成联合体
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possess a construction general contracting qualification of Grade III or above for municipal public utilities, and have a valid safety production license; 4. Theder's proposed project manager must have a professional second-level (or above) registered constructor qualification for municipal public utilities, have a valid safety production assessment certificate, and the person charge of this project is subject to verification on the website of Shanghai Building and Building Materials Industry. 5. This project is only open to procurement from small and medium-sized enterprisesincluding medium-sized, small, and micro enterprises). 6. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
