简要规则描述： 负责数据跨境服务中心及国际数据经济产业园展厅日常整体运营管理服务工作。包含但不限于：日常服务、企业咨询、展示内容更新完善、各项设备的巡检维护、展厅接待讲解、大厅工作人员办公保障、大厅公共秩序维护、大厅环境、大厅运维服务等，确保中心正常运营；协助各项参观调研，配合相关接待；协助处理内部各类突发性、风险事件和上报相关工作等。
Brief Specification Description: Responsible for the overall daily operation and management services of the Cross-Border Data Service Center and the International Data Economy Industrial Park Exhibition Hall. This includes, but is not limited to: daily services, corporate consultations, content updates and improvements for exhibitions, routine inspections and maintenance of various equipment, exhibition hall reception and guided tours, office support for staff in the hall, maintenance of public order in the hall, hall environment management, and hall operation and maintenance services, ensuring the normal functioning of the center; assisting with various visits and research, coordinating related receptions; aiding in the handling of internal emergencies, risks, and reporting related tasks.
合同履约期限： 自合同签订之日起10个月

二、申请人的资格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 1、满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； 2、近三年未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商；
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. Suppliers who have not been included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement in the past three years;
(c)本项目的特定资格要求： （1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力及相应的履约能力； （2）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动； （3）符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动； （4）本次采购不接受联合体响应，不允许合同转让与分包； （5）本项目仅面向中小企业采购。
