Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to continuously improve the domestic waste classification system in datuan town, the purchaser intends to do a good job in the classification, collection, auxiliary and publicity of domestic waste classification in the whole town by purchasing services. See the procurement requirements in the bidding documents for specific requirements.
合同履约期限： 自合同签订之日起一年
The Contract Period: One year from the date of signing the contract.

二、申请人的资格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业等；
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the employment of disabled people;
(c)本项目的特定资格要求： 3.1本项目专门面向中小企业采购。 3.2符合《上海市政府购买服务管理办法》第七、八条规定。 3.3未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法失信主体名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次响应文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 This project is specially designed for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises. 3.2 Comply with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Administrative Measures of Shanghai Municipal Government on Purchasing Services. 3.3 It is not listed in the list of persons who have been executed for breach of trust on Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of subjects who have committed major tax violations and dishonesty, and the list of records of serious violations and dishonesty in government procurement on China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) [subject to the credit records within 3 years before the deadline for submitting the first response documents for inquiry].
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn);
