Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to further improve the level of intelligent management of single police equipment in grass-roots units, 46 sets of intelligent single police equipment cabinets were. The project products have not been demonstrated for import, do not accept overall imported products, and subcontracting and re-contracting are not allowed in this project. (For content, see "Chapter II Project Procurement Requirements").
合同履约期限： 合同签订后30天内交货，并按照采购方需求送货到指定地点完成安装、调试、验收。
The Contract Period: Delivery within 30 days after signing the contract, and installation, commissioning and acceptance completed according to the purchaser's requirements at the designated location.

二、申请人的资格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 本项目专门面向小微企业采购。包括但不限于节能产品政府采购、环境标志产品政府采购、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱企业发展、促进残疾人就业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project is specifically aimed at the procurement of small and micro enterprises. It includes but is not limited to government procurement of energy-saving products, government procurement of label products, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting the development of prison enterprises, and promoting the employment of the disabled.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求： 1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的供应商。 2、落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 本项目专门面向小微企业采购。 3、其他资格要求： 3.1根据《上海市政府采购供应商信息登记管理办法》已登记入库的供应商。 3.2本项目不允许联合体投标。 3.3未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法失信主体和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。 3.4为该采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该项目的其他采购活动。 3.5单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。 3.6符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。 3.7本项目专门面向小微企业采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: /
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn);
