项目详情
一、招标条件
达茂旗百灵庙镇老化供水管网及计量设施改造工程 项目代码： 2403-150223-04-01-633932 已经由建设工程招投标监督管理相关部 门备案。招标人为 达茂联合旗水利事业发展中心 ，招标项目已由 包头市水务局 部门批复、核准、备案 ，批文名称、文号 关于达茂旗百灵庙镇老化供水管网及计量设施改造工程初步设计报告的批复 、 包水函 [2024]23号 ，招标项目资金来源 国债及地方资金 。招标项目已具备招标条 件，现通过 资格后审 的方式选择合格的投 标申请人参加投标。
二、项目概况与招标范围
1 、 本次招标项目的建设地点： 达茂旗 百灵庙镇 。
2 、 立项批文： 包头市水务局关于达茂旗百灵庙镇老化供水管网及计量设施改造工程初步设计报告的批复、包水函 [2024]23号 。
3、 项目总投资额： 3566.08 万元
4、 工程规模：
（ 1 ）、工程改造百灵大街和团结路主管 1.92km，管径为Ф315，管材为PE100管，压力等级1.0MPa。
（ 2 ）、工程配套艾不盖小区至步行街主管 0.55km，管径为Ф315，管材为PE100管，压力等级1.0MPa。
（ 3 ）、对梧桐苑、金三角、景观丽苑、北环小区及政务中心 5个小区内老旧供水管网进行改造，共布设供水管网4.87km，管径为Ф110和Ф160，管材为PE100管。
（ 4 ）、工程新建二次加压泵站 2座，分别为梧桐苑二次加压泵站和阳光雅苑二次加压泵站，改造二次加压泵站1坐，为朵兰小区二次加压泵站。
（ 5 ）、工程对全百灵庙镇现状未安装智能水表的用户进行改造，共配套远传式智能物联网水表 2.1万块。
5、 供货期限： 2025年0 8 月 01 日至 202 5 年 10 月 31 日 ,上 述供货期限仅作为编制投标文件的统一标准，实际供货期限按合同条款规定执行。

三、投标人资格要求
1、投标人须为独立法人或其他组织，并能够承担本招标项目实施任务；投标人须为本标段所需水表的生产厂家；
2、投标人项目负责人的资格条件： / ；
3、投标人不得为“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）中列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体；不得为“国家企业信用信息公示系统”（http://gsxt.saic.gov.cn/）中列入严重违法失信企业名单。
4、 本次招标不接受联合体。
四、投标文件递交方式、时间
1.投标截止时 间： 2025年 07 月 24 日上午 9:30
