2023年城市排水设施建设项目，建设规模及内容为①现状管网清淤47.5km，清淤管道尺寸d500mm~d1600mm，清淤箱涵尺寸600mmx600mm~4000mm×3000mm；②改造行洪通道19.57km，改造后尺寸6000mm×3500mm~22500mm×4000mm；③新建雨水管10.44km，管道尺寸为d800mm~d2000mm、箱涵尺寸为2000mmx1200mm~6500mm×3500mm；④新建泵站2座，分别为城南泵站和塘岐泵站，城南泵站规模12.3552万立方米/日，塘岐泵站规模58.32万立方米/日；⑤配套1套建设信息平台，含数字化管理、 GIS 系统、水力模型等。
