2.1主要建设内容为： 渔梁片沟渠 A全线清淤、对线三面光、部分增加盖板、水闸、过路箱涵、沉沙井，巷路等 。 第一期工程预算费用 18,761,583.60 元。

3.1 投标人具备有效的工商营业执照，且资信良好，没有违法违规记录的企业；具备有效的市政公用工程施工总承包三级以上（含三级）资质，并取得有效安全生产许可证 。

3.2 项目管理机构人员要求：①拟派项目负责人具备 市政工程 专业二级或以上注册建造师资格（广东省外企业拟派项目负责人应具备 市政工程 专业一级注册建造师资格），未经招标人同意，拟派驻本工程的项目负责人不得更换； ②拟派技术负责人应具备 市政 类专业中级或以上技术职称； ③项目负责人、专职安全生产管理人员 （ 1名 ） 须取得相应有效的安全生产考核合格证书 ； ④拟任相关专业的施工员、质量员（质检员）、材料员、资料员各1名，须具备相应的资格或岗位证书 ；上述人员具需提供有效的社保证明资料，每人在本项目只能担任一个岗位，不得兼任。
