原市林业局1号楼建筑面积2509.36㎡（正楼），2号楼建筑面积2210.62㎡（蒙森宾馆），3号建筑面积1103.93㎡（林业公安）。计划使用1号楼作为市应急管理局办公楼，2号楼作为应急指挥中心以及相关业务用房，3号楼作为食堂，宿舍，应急救援队员，扑火队员等培训场所
